FARMERS AND BEEKEEPERS URGED TO JOIN FIGHT AGAINST LOCUSTS

has today stressed that beekeepers are seen as being an integral part of this process, and warns they may be affected by locusts this year.

“I have deliberately taken a scatter gun approach to advise as many contacts I have in the bee industry about this series of meetings coming up. The locust campaign has the potential to impact on the bee industry.
